Grace Period

1 hour or more

15 minute grace period, late after 20 minutes, no show after 30 minutes.

30 minutes

5 minute grace period, late after 10 minutes, no show after 15 minutes.

15 minutes

no grace period; no show after 7 minutes.
  • If your appointment is deemed a "no show" you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a $30 no-show fee. If your card declines for the no show fee, you will have to pay that fee before you can book another appointment.

  • Please be sure to wear your mask for the duration of your appointment. If you do not have a mask, please get one at the check in window. This is for the safety of you and everyone who may be in the facility while you're there.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at the check in window. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building. This is for the safety of you and everyone who may be in the facility while you're there.

  • Please do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment. Please refrain from bringing any children with you, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If you are receiving a face service, you are allowed to take your mask off for that service, and required to replace it as soon as that portion of your service is done.

  • If you are not feeling well the day before or the day of your appointment, please call me to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have tested positive for covid, please call and let me know. Your appointment will be rescheduled for 10-14 days out. If you need to reschedule again after that, you are allowed one more reschedule before your deposit is forfeited.

Membership Policies

  • Memberships are non-transferable, and can only be used by the member.

  • There is no annual contract, and no permanent obligation.

  • Memberships must be canceled 30 days prior to the next billing date.​​

  • Late fee, cancellation, and no-show policies will STILL apply to membership appointments.

Retail Policies

  • On retail products, all sales are final.

  • Because of the nature of our industry, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If a product is defective, please reach out to our team via email.

General booking policies

  • All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit, no exceptions. If you are sent an invoice for your deposit and it is not paid 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled.

  • If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that if you cancel your appointment, your deposit is still non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment ONE TIME to save your deposit, but after that one time, your deposit is forfeited.

  • Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled late are subject to a late cancellation/reschedule fee of $25.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. After the designated grace period, a $20 late fee will apply, NO EXCEPTIONS. Grace periods are determined by the duration of the service. Please see the designated grace periods below.
