Royal Lashionista Shop Policies

Hey Lashionista! Before you book with me, I want you to be fully aware of every single policy I have put in place for me to provide the best service possible to you as my client. Please read the policies carefully before you book. If there are any questions, please feel free to text or call me at 504-701-3770.


  • Appointments can be made via call, text, social media message, or directly on the booking site.

Deposits & Payments

  • There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required and due at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits go toward the total balance of your service.

  • The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. Cash and Zelle are the most preferred methods of payment, but I accept debit and credit cards as well. Checks and Cashapp are NOT accepted at all!

  • If your appointment is made via phone call, text, or social media message, you are STILL responsible for your deposit payment. An invoice will be sent to you and your payment will be due within 24 hours of the receipt of your invoice. If your invoice is not paid, your appointment will be cancelled.

Appointment Confirmations

  • 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message asking to confirm your appointment. Please respond to this text or email. If you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment, you can do that through the text or email. If you have any questions or concerns, please text or call me at 504-701-3770.

Cancel/Reschedule Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do that directly through the booking site or via text or call to 504-701-3770.

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Late cancellations and reschedules are subject to a $30 fee.

  • Please remember that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Deposits are transferable ONE TIME to reschedule. If the appointment is rescheduled again, the deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be paid to book.

Late/No Show Policy

  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Grace periods are given, but only according to the duration of your appointment. Appointments over an hour have a 10 minute grace period, 35-45 minute appointments have a 5 minute grace period, and any appointments 30 minutes or less have a 2 minute grace period.

  • Late appointments are subject to a $25 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • No show appointments are subject to a $30 no show fee, on top of forfeiting the deposit. If the no show fee cannot be charged, you will not be allowed to book with me again until it is paid.

Lash Fill Policy

  • First thing's first: I do NOT work behind other lash artists. I absolutely do NOT offer foreign lash fills.

  • To qualify for a lash fill, you must have come to see me within the past 2-3 weeks AND you must have at least 50% of your lashes ON EACH EYE in tact.

  • If you have less than 50% of your lashes left, you will need to book a full set.

  • If it has been more than 3 weeks since your last lash appointment, you will need to book a full set.

Communication Policy

  • I can be reached via phone call, email, or text message at 504-701-3770 or at

  • Communication hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 11am-7pm. If you call or send me a message outside of those hours, I will return your call or reply to your message during communication hours.

Housekeeping Policy

  • Please no children or extra guests in the shop.

  • No cellphone use during your appointment.

  • Please use the restroom before we get started.
